Yukon Gold potatoes accompany our Kennebec and red potatoes for fall harvest

Kennebec are all purpose cooking potatoes. Baked, boiled, mashed or fries. These are one of America’s comfort foods.

 

The white potatoes (Kennebec and Yukon Gold) store extremely well over the winter in a cool dark place.

Red Potatoes are some favorites especially with red meat. Small boilers with butter and a taste of garlic are heaven.
